Pledge not constitutional!!!
MSNBC just reported that a Judge in L.A. declared the "pledge of allegiance" unconstitutional due to it's "under god" phrase and should not be used in school because it endorses a religous view point.

I just caught it a couple minutes ago and the fundies at FOX are already in a tizzy.
I`ll definately watch Hannity and Colmes tonight as theres a good chance that this will Hannity so angry that his head might explode. |
