Lightbulb Why the whole of Genisis cannot be trusted as an actual historical source

The reason that I do not even want to consider the Genisis account as even a viable interpretation of history or a theroy (ablit a wrong one) is simply because the source they come from is not in any way accurate. I’ am not speaking specificly of the Bible but I speak actually of the prototype for what would eventuelly become the Torah. The account of Genisis has been placed at the time of the exile in Babylon circa 800 bc, it was written at the same time as Numbers. The Jewish God was different from the other Gods around as he supposedly inhabited the modern age and interfeered in the world of man and was not simply around in a mythic time. I believe that the myth of Exodus was really the first ‘contact’ the Israelites had with Yalweh as even in the modern accounts Moses does not recodnize this God as the Israelites worshipped other gods such as Baal for fertility Yalweh was simply a war god lurking in a Volcano no doubt. The ten commadnments have another meaning the commandment of ‘Thou shall worship no other god than me for I’ am a Jealous God’, does not deny the existance of other dietes simply that they should ignore all of them and worship him alone, this commandment is rather ludicros for surely all gods are one and the same if monothiesm was in practice at the time. So here I get to the point, would the Israelites have really forgotten about the God that flooded the world, and created it for its first centuries Judaism was simply concerned with a war god who aided its mythical kings. The proto Jewish faith had no creation myths and I believe one was written because of contact with the Babolyonian religion which was poaching away many Jews as it explained more about the nature of creation., most Gods in near and Far Eastern thinking did not create reality, time and space they simply emerged out of the choas. So this account was to show that Yalweh and Yalweh along was responsible for creation finally cementing its monothiest values. Noah is simply left standing very exposed to attack now, as Moses had a lot of mention after the events in OT but Noah did not, would his descendants have really forgotten the God who had drowned the world as they knew it could happen again, so Noah may have some basis in reality but he is purely mythical. Even assuming the story of Genisis is true would mean that either:
A God zapped the author when he asked
B It is a tradition handed down that escaped all mention
C It is a myth

Most likely I believe is that it is part myth and most simply fabrication, and people want to debate this rubbish as a Scientific theroy it comes from very questionable origins. We must remember that this would have been written many thousands of years after the account that it supposedly chronicles would you trust something with such a clear agenda and purpose it is not a creation and flood myth but propoganda.

(sorry for this rather lengthy rant)
