Talking

Gentry claims that he has a constitutional right to publish a paper in ten parts on this database. In fact he is claiming that it is part of his religion that his paper be in ten small parts, not one.

Talk about a frivioulous lawsuit.

I hope he gets counter sued.

unbefuckinglieveable! I hope this case gets laughed out of the courts. If not, the defense can get a couple dozen geologists to expose the nature of his claims. A misquote here, a fabrication there. This could turn out to be a blessing in disguise.

I guess they might as well disclaim the YEC movement as a whole which has very strong historical roots with the Seventh Day Adventists.

I really suggest people NOT write the law firm unless they are in some way connected to the lawsuit. Any kind of harrassment (and getting numerous unnecessary emails could be called that) might just make their support of Gentry more secure and provide them with more ammo.
