I propose that when any of us takes part in the Pledge of Allegiance from now on, we loudly say the word "NO" between "under" and "God". Doing so will maintain the issue that there are those of us who do not support the idea of enforced god belief.

Courage is required whenever acts of civil disobedience are to be carried out. Let Martin Luther King, Gandhi and Henry David Thoreau be our guides.

The goal of this protest is the restoration of the pre-1954 Pledge.
