Default The 2nd coming of Christ

So according to some christians we will see the return of our savior: Jesus, at some point in time.
He will come back and make everything all right, at least thats what I understood.

Here’s some questions:

What is Jesus ”allowed” to look like?

Is Jesus allowed to be black?
Is Jesus allowed to be a woman?
Is Jesus allowed to be a cripple?
Is Jesus allowed to be blind?
Is Jesus allowed to be asian?
Is Jesus allowed to be homosexual?
Is Jesus allowed to be longhaired?
Is Jesus allowed to be bald?
Is Jesus allowed to wear glasses?

And so on.

If Jesus has to come back in a certain image, who is to decide what that image is?

If Jesus is allowed to look like Jesus wants, then who’s to say that Jesus isn’t your nextdoor neighbor?
Maybe Jesus is just waiting for some trigger (figuratively speaking)to be pulled, and when that happens Jesus will remember his mission and stop being the subburbian housewife he has been up until now, and become the saviour.

Some have said in teh course of our discussions, that only through Jesus can we be saved. Meaning if you don’t believe in Jesus you cannot be obsolved for your sins and go to heaven.

What about those countless people that was born prior to Jesus?
Are they by default not allowed to go into heaven, because Jesus wasn’t born yet?

It seems to me that it doesn’t make sense, if this is so.

It seems fair to assume that God existed before Jesus was born. How were all these people to know about God, when the Bible hadn’t been written yet? They were doomed, God created them knowing full and well that they couldn’t get forgiveness because; the bible hadn’t been written yet, Jesus wasn’t born yet.
God didn’t even give them a chance.
Only when Jesus was born could humans be saved.
I say that is baloney!

I say that you can always get saved by God, if you ask.(and you believe to start with of course )

”Ask and you shall be (for)given”

God has always been there, long ”before” Jesus was born.

The second coming is not about Jesus but is about Christ and this is not a universal but personal event. If that is true he can be any of the above and for the Jews who did not recognize Jesus as the first Christ they will still be waiting for the first coming of Christ.

I think most Christians rely on the book of Daniel for their description of Jesus at the "second" coming. (The early Christians didn't believe in a Jesus who had been on earth, so they didn't regard his coming at the "end of the age" as a "secong" coming.) In this book we have a cosmic, divine figure descending from the clouds. Probably the writer of Daniel envisioned this figure as having a male appearance. It wouldn't surprise me, though, if you could find some Christians to argue that, being spiritual, the figure could look like anything the believer wants it to look like.
