Under his "taking a bite out of evolution" thread: do people really cut a third set of teeth?? I've never heard of that, but I'm not a dentist, either. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

I posted this there. It should make people think anyway. Assumeing they are capable... The following links provide some of the evidence supporting the reality of evolution. I'd like to see some evidence supporting the flood myth or a young earth etc. But of course, none exists. <a href="http://members.aol.com/ps418/tran.htm" target="_blank">http://members.aol.com/ps418/tran.htm</a> Missing the Missing Links: A Critical Look at Creationist Paleontology <a href="http://www.gcssepm.org/special/cuffey_00.htm" target="_blank">http://www.gcssepm.org/special/cuffey_00.htm</a> The Fossil Record: Evolution or "Scientific Creation" Clifford A. Creationists simply have to ignore it. |

Good luck with this gbledsoe fellow. He/She appears to be the worst of all worlds. 'How do you know the speed of light hasn't changed?' is usually a big warning to stay clear.

Tell 'em you searched BIOSIS and PUBMED for "intelligent design" and "design theory" and came up with nothing but negative reviews of Dembski and Behe's books.

The problem is neither them nor the local church will listen to a singular word you say. "What the Bible says, is the truth. If you even consider challenging its word, you will burn in hell forever. End of story." I give considerable credit to the creationists that show up here - maybe they understand that if they could just produce the irrefutable proof (and they are invited to do just that) I (for one) would not defend an exploded system. Problem is the proof can't just be a book that flies in the face of all the physical evidence of our existence. I think the best forums in the world are right here. Glad to be here |

I stopped by and am entangled with an mturner clone named gbledsoe. Not a very interesting board; the creationists have nothing new to say. One yearns for a creationist with a new argument....

One of those numbnutz on the "fresh meat" board was hammering about Ambulocetus being an "incomplete skeleton...with no pelvic bones"
Hmmmm.... Now, I stumbled through comparative vertebrate anatomy ~20 years ago, but I'll be damned if I don't see something that looks like pelvic bones in the photo above. You can check the rest of the site <a href="http://www.neoucom.edu/depts/ANAT/Locomotion.htm" target="_blank">here.</a> IT took about 30 seconds to find. Sometimes I can't believe how incredibly lazy some of these creationsits can be. Makes you just want to tell to stick something in their piehole before they make bigger fools of themselves. |
