There is a really nice pool in my neighborhod, it used to be a members only pool for people living in my neighborhod. resently I visted it to see if they would let me in for 3 dollars or something b/c i knew some people that used to work there and i thought maybe they were still there..well i got there and aparantly they people that used to run the pool no longer had enough money to run the pool. they handed the pool over to a homeschool christian orginization, now to be a member you have to be a homeschooled christian family or a christian family. Is there anything I can do about this? I feel like they are discriminating agaist people who are not of the same beleifs. It's rediculous. why should only these stupid people be allowed to use the pool?

Is the pool privately owned and not specifically for the use of the public? If so, I don't think there's much you can do, legally.

Basically, because they paid for it. It's like any other private club.

I suspect that these Christians also vote against taxes to fund public swimming pools. But I could be wrong.
