"(Meyer complains that the [Wedge] document 'was stolen from our offices and placed on the Web without permission.')"

That's interesting. It's been damn nigh impossible to catch one of these characters fessing up to its authorship.

From the article:
Quote:
These "Intelligent Design" (ID) theorists, as they call themselves, are epitomized by Stephen C. Meyer, an anti-Darwinian philosopher who made the following appeal to The American Prospect: "People with liberal credentials ought to understand what we're up against. This is an entrenched establishment."
Showing yet again that the DI will get in bed with anyone stupid enough to swallow their bullshit. Have they approached the Satanists yet?

Cheers,

KC

Is Meyer suggesting that someone broke into the DI to get the document? If that was the case I would suspect that we would see a how lot more than a single document on the web. But wait a minute, if this was theft they could certainly take court action to force the web publisher to divulge his souce so they could find the criminal.

I suspect it is more likely that someone was lack on security and shared the document with someone who shared with someone who shared it with someone who shared it with the good guys. Documents can get out without stealing or other criminal behavior.
