Default Creationist "artifacts"

I've noticed that a lot of Creationists use apparentally pictographs-such as Incan burial stones with apparent images of Tyrannosaurs and Triceratops(Which BTW potray them in inaccurate positions--dragging their tails for instance). Best-Selling apologist and CCFC leader Josh Mcdowell has supported these discoveries.
Have these been proven to be fake?

Oh come now. It's a *creationist* favorite. That means it's fake almost by definition.
