Oh and don't forget the story of Sodom and Gomorah. Lot throwing his daughters out to the mob to be raped doesn't show up in the children's version. They also don't talk about later in the story when Lot gets drunk and impregnates his daughters over a couple of nights in a cave. And later in God's book Lot is called a righteous man.
