Default regulatory evolution article

While I was pottering around PNAs I discovered this article which I thought was interesting, so I thought i'd share:

none of us pay much attention to the "no new information" mantra of creationists, but I thought this might be relevant, to demonstrate that different utilizations of the same "information" might be sufficient to generate morphological diversity
