Post Fresh Meat! (aka Creationists in need of education)

Hey guys, pickins has been kinda slim round these parts lately, what with most of the Creationists bein of the post-n-run variety. So I thought you might enjoy grazing in greener pastures for a change of pace:
<a href="http://www.evcforum.net/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro&BypassCookie=true" target="_blank">Evolution versus Creationism</a>

They have several woefully ignorant, yet naively enthusiastic YECs there. Patrick, especially, will enjoy juicy threads discussing the Grand Canyon, the Flood, and radiometric dating since he's worked up so much material on these topics with hardly anyone to use them on. There's plenty for the biologist-types to enjoy, as well.

And I think I recognize several participants who made brief appearances here, as spam-n-run posters. Now we can chase them down and give 'em what for.

Now be gentle, don't go barging in, refuting every Creationist with a ten-page opus-maximus... you'll just scare em off.

be happy...

That forum is horribly designed, I much prefer it here.

The most vocal creationist there, "John Paul", is simply regurgitating stuff from trueorigins.org

I'm not sure if I can deal with the black background very long. II seems to be more user friendly. Still, other than JP, it looks like "evilutionists" outnumber the "cretinists" pretty significantly. JP is a YEC in IDer disguise.

JP also claims to be a former christian-now Muslim, or at least he claims to lean towards Islam. He has been known to post under several names and was booted from OCW twice under two different names. He also posts as Cool Hand Luke and purports to be a christian. Eventually, when you make a fool of him he will resort to insult and then blame you. It's always someone else who starts it. One of his claims is that creationism is scientific because he can "infer" from the Bible. He claims that "creation science" and science use the same evidence only creationists interpret it differently.

Have fun with him. At least he is not post-and-run.
