Amendment?
Some people seem to be fearing an Amendment to loosen the First Amendment. Congress is obviously spouting off about it. My question is: how likely is it to really happen? How many states does it take to pass an Amendment? I've read 75% recently. Is that true?
I'm sure Congress will roll over and suck the public's d*&k by passing an Amendment, but how likely would such and Amendment be to get through enough states to get into the Constitution for real? Jamie |

The likelihood is damned slight, probably. And if yez want to know what the laws are, try *reading* the Constitution; it's not that long, after all. You can carry a copy around in you hip {YEAH!} pocket.
