Question National Day of Fasting and Prayer?

I remember someone posting something about this new national holiday, but don't remember if they actually went through with it.

Any updates?

Haven't heard anything as of yet, but I have an alternate plan. Since fasting just seems to me like just a bunch of suffering for no good reason, how about we start a National Pig-Out Day? Everyone eat 7 meals in a day at the following joints: 1) McDonalds, 2) Taco Bell, 3) Burger King, 4) Wendy's 5) KFC, 6) Dairy Queen and 7) Jack-in-the-Box. Who's up for it?

I'd prefer a "National Dar of Fasting and Prayer BBQ" in front of a local church.
