Post Baptistboard Evo/creatin forum re-opens

Sorta...
Subject to approval and "editing" by the administrators...

From the forum:
"Creation/evolution boards on the net have a habit of degenerating into insults and mockery. This not only stops discussions, but discourages many people from posting and asking questions. Therefore, all submissions will be by email to science@baptistmail.com and will be reviewed before being posted, and edited if necessary. Questions from anyone not familiar with science or this area of discussion are welcome and will be treated courteously. We suggest reading the archived discussions below to see what has already been said in any subject area. If you choose to respond, please put the title of that thread in your email title. If you would like to start a new thread on a different subject, that’s fine, too. Current discussions will be transferred to the archives on a periodic basis. "

<snorts> I've lurked at BB long enough to get a sense of who their "heavy hitters" are. If John Wells and Helen are their creme de la creme, I'm not surprised that that the administrators want a strangle-hold on the discussion. After all, it might get out of hand. Some evolutionist (heinous word, that) just might make sense!

As a tribute to Dembski's "explanatory filter," no doubt.

Well, I sent the admin a modified form of my human/chimp chromosome stuff from the Douglas debate.

To me, it's the strongest evidence of human evolution I have ever seen. We have evidence of chimp telomeres in the middle of our chromosome #2! How can "common creator" account for that?

We'll see if it gets posted.

It's in--they were very fast!

It's in a topic called <a href="http://www.baptistboard.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=36&t=000110" target="_blank">humans and chimps</a>

Thumbs down

I’ve just about given up on BB’s shenanigans. I think they got tired of being embarrassed by the inadequacy of the creationists to formulate a coherent and honest argument. I wonder how objective the moderator is. Maybe he/she will learn to censor Helen’s lies. Check out her post on speciation. It is full of them. She has informed me that she was part of the editing process. Let’s hope that she doesn’t review the submissions too.

Am I the only one who wonders why the “correct” and “godly” side needs the deck stacked in its favor?
