Hello,

Talulah posted an article in another thread by a Christian apologist about the olive branch the dove found for Noah.

In this article Wayne Jackson (the apologist)states that he personally observed an olive tree growing underwater. For those of you familiar with horticulture can an olive tree survive underwater for over a year, the length of the flood?

I want to find out if he's wrong so I can email his website and be a "secular" witness to him. Also for sake of argument can an olive seed sprout underneath water?
