The Flat-Earth Bible
Robert Schadewald's Flat-Earth Bible is a good place to look. Though the Bible's canonical books contain little interest in cosmological matters, the noncanonical book 1 Enoch goes into much greater detail, and clarifies the canonical books' various stray cosmological statements.
The Earth is flat and the sky is a solid bowl overhead. The Sun, Moon, and non-circumpolar stars enter and exit through doors at the base of that bowl, and they travel along the edge of that bowl from exit to entry. There is even a jail for stars that dawdle. |

"So if the Bible says the Earth is flat (as the folks who excommunicated Galileo obviously believed)"
Burning, there is a thread on Galileo. Read it, please before making any more mistakes. Just for the record, the church has never manintained the earth is flat. B |
