Question on the Sphynx
I watched a documentary a while back on the Sphynx. I was curious as to the water damage it seemed to have suffered. It indicated pretty substantial rainfall during that period.
Have there been any independant discoveries of a non-arid time in that region? |

It was more like 7000 years ago, I remember Schoch balked at the idea that the Sphynx was much more than 2000 years older than thought, as John West wants to believe. Tradition has it the Sphynx is the same age as the Giza Pyramids 4700 years old.
