I think they let Baptists join no matter how liberal they are, but they have some sort of criteria for non-Baptists which maybe your wife didn't meet, because she's a liberal Christian. I don't really know. Non-Baptist Christians who are permitted to join may only post on certain forums, which is somewhat frustrating. Helen |

I remember that place. (shudder) Some of the posters were cool (reverend joshua, fromtheright, a couple others I can't remember). But damn - they sure hated atheists. They banned me without even telling me. They might be True Christians (TM), but they are also assholes. froggie/scigirl |

Oh, and regarding the actual subject, While I will readily admit that they have some fuckin' funny conversations over there (not as good as RaptureReady, though ), I don't see the point in posting there. Why bother? |

Perhaps someone could explain to me about being born again. Does it come about as a result of baptism? Can you have multiple rebirths, and, if so, does it increase your merit or is there a tail-off effect?

You should have listed Universal Life Church. You're a member whether you like it or not... or Discordian... you're a Pope whether you like it or not there.
