Yes, this is true...but it's nice to have society's endorsement of the relationship (which is really what marriage is, anyway).
Plus there's that insurance discount...$75 a month cheaper for us...

Not that those are any reason to get married. My husband and I didn't need a ring, dress, and walk down the aisle to affirm our relationship, but it is nice to have that affirmation anyhow.

Hold off on marriage. You're both still young. Especially her. Marriage adds to stress. Just live together or whatever. You can always get married after school is done with. And that will give you even more time to grow up.
