Huh? I've heard of a few alleged locations for the Ark of the Covenant, but none of them had anything to do with Jesus's Crucifixion. If it was still in the temple in Jerusalem in 30 A.D., I don't think the priests would have brought it out for Roman executions. Is this guy referring to some fundy lore I'm unfamiliar with, or is he just slinging random BS?
