Default Pray-a-thon watch

We're now five days into Pat Robertson's pray-a-thon to "retire" three of the Supreme Court Justices.

So far, no discernable results.

Hey now, give him a break - It took him a long time to pray Communism out of Russia. He's just getting warmed up, obviously. I have little doubt that one of the justices got at least a mild case of heart-burn yesterday.

I prophesy that some time within the next 30 years the desired results will be achieved.

And no doubt he and his followers will be taking credit for it when it does happen. He can't lose.

Six days now, still nothing.

But their God does generally take seven days to do anything, so there's still hope.

Maybe we atheists should join with the wiccans and have a spell-a-thon to counteracts his prayers(or to protect the justices from the evil prayers of Pat)...maybe if it got publicity, ole Pat's panties would be in a tither.

Just a footnote,Pat considers oral copulation to be an abomination...I feel sorry for his wife. You think he cuts a sheet in the bedcover to insure purity?

I'm quite pleased about this pray-a-thon.

It won't convince the judges to quit, but it might cause them to dig their heels in a little more.

It's now the eighth day of the pray-a-thon and all the judges seem to be OK. However, there were some people killed by falling trees here in Atlanta last week, so it may be that they are getting God to turn His attention elsewhere, or that He's taking some practice shots.

I think we should have a rational-a-thon instead and just mock this idiot for his stupidity.

Yeah, but I doubt rational thought would cause fear in him, he'd just throw it to the side with his religious arguments, but superstition, now that has power over him.

In addition, despite my call for prayers six days ago, Paul Wolfowitz is still alive.

Blondegoddess, the prolem I see with your idea is that then he would have someone to blame it on when his prayers weren't answered.
