Umm, can you narrow the supposed "prophecy" down a bit? You've posted the entire chapter (Is. 13). What is this supposed to be a prophecy of, according to you?
However, I saw this one verse, which I'll pick on. 10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. Nope, hasn't happened. In fact, the moon does not "cause her light to shine" at all. The moon has no light to shine; it merely reflects sunlight. |

No that hasn't yet, i believe thats a prophecy to be fulfilled at revelation. It's in reference too armageddon and the Tribulation ( Jesus pours his wrath out on the sinning world).
And Mageth, that is what that quote means with the moon. It doesn't say and the moon will no longer create or emit light, the moon will no longer "shine" light. The moon does shine the sun's light just like a mirror. And Roller please specify what prophecy verse you mean. Printing an entire chapter doesn't help. |

Magus, it plainly says "the moon shall not cause her light to shine." If it meant the moon would no longer reflect the sun's light, why didn't it simply say that? |

Is this prophecy supposed to be a fall of Babylon?
