I do agree to you that environment is very influential to anyone. But you must understand that your identity of being is itself in you. I mean, you, being intelligent, is not really molded by a person who is smarter than you. In fact, you might be smarter than the people who are around you, you see what I mean? There is a part of everyone in which they "learn" and make their own descisions and become indifferent to their environment.

The bible says thus, "Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase."

What I want you to understand in the quotation is that we, or the environment, are indeed influential to one's growth but in the end it is God who makes one foolish or not. Just like a doctor who smoke, he knows that smoking is hazardous to his health, but why does he smoke? And to tell you, everyone close to him like him to stop smoking.

JOB Chapetr 1 : 6 - 12 , This Individual seems to be counted as one of God's court merely doing as God wishes, acting only after recieving permission.

Isiah Chapter 14: 3 - 23 (as well as Chapter 13) Is about the fall of the KING of Babylon (4* you will take up this taunt against the King of Babylon)

In Revelation and the mini Tribulation in Matthew God does indeed abandoned Humanity to suffering unimaginable.

Your Parents , your genetic make-up, your enviroment all contribute. Yet what is the percentage of those who resort to the lowest level? Do you think it is a majority (based on what?, the the stero-types of mass media) of individuals who are marginalized. I seem to have come across a statistic about shoplifting among upper class suburban teen girls being disporportionate.
