I can't open that link, but the ammo one should use to fight what I can only assume is creationist bullshit, is to point out that the people who voted for it on the Kansas School Board got overwhelmingly defeated in the next election. The people whose platform included mandatory evolution in the classrooms are the people who won that election. Legislating for creationism in schools, or against evolution in schools is political death if it is publicized enough, or if Leno/Letterman get to make fun of your state for it.
