Along with all the other god phrases added in the 1950's is the Ohio state motto; "With God, All things are possible."

A district court panel found it unconstitutional, the state appealed and the whole court said it is OK. The state, however, is not allowed to attribute it to the NT, from which it actually comes.

Just another example of how the so-called "liberal" courts justify this mixing of state and religion.
