Peer-reviewed papers dealing with evolution
I'm trying to make a point to someone that such papers exist. If any of you could post references to some that would great.

If your creationst pal read any of these articles, I'm sure the response would be something akin to: "But all these articles simply assume that evolution is true..." In other words, they are probably looling for articles which demonstrate that yes, Virginia, evolution is really real.
Unfortunately, since the common descent of life on earth has already been established to the satisfaction of the scientific community for over a hundred years now, you won't find many scientific articles whose conclusions include phrases such as: "From this we can confidently conclude that Darwiin was right, all living things do indeed seem to have a common ancestor." It would be the scientific equivalent of "Duh!" |

Come to think of it, there are no peer-reviewed astronomy papers that state that the moon is not made of cheese. They all just assume it is so.
