A good reply.
In a USENET group, an evolution challenge came up from a creationist (YEC). The reply was, in my opinion, perfectly accurate with just the right amount of offensiveness:
"onversely, how does creation by God explain how God got "there" (wherever that is) in the first place? Answer: it doesn't. It just makes the question into a blasphemy. Maybe with your infinite intelligence you can get a Ph. D. in physics and spend your life studying trying to put together what happened before the Big Bang, but I don't think you have the curiosity. Far easier just to make questions blasphemous." From news://talk.origins article ID <r1gsvuc7kno607kjrv9ngi6puebenvp23d@4ax.com& gt; |

Again, I'm very sad to see rhetoric in the place of intelligent thinking. YEC's have to stay so damn closed minded to believe...

So, it's only blasphemous if you aren't a PhD in physics...which makes the PhDs who push this stuff prophets!
