Well, since Valentine's Day is coming up, you might casually mention how much you're looking forward to spending it with your significant other.
Or would that be too subtle?
(I'm assuming you'd like Miss Friendly to back off a little, yes?)

Try being obvious about moving away when she touches you and not returning flirtatious behavior. Hopefully, it won't take her terribly long to clue in. Or you could try bringing your girlfriend to some event where you know you'll run into her.

Here's a tip, based on something that happened to me:

If, she gets your roommate to let you in to your apartment, and is waiting for you in your bed, naked, then it's not your imagination, she's flirting with you.

She has athletes foot and is just trying to scratch her feet on your leg, and she ate cookies and punch with you because she is a cheap skate and just wanted food for free. And her arm remained touching yours for a while because she was born with a disorder that doesn't allow nerve feelings in her skin, so she didn't know she was touching you.
