Moonie document pub. in papers today
This was in the Columbus Dispatch;
excerpt: 11) St. Augustine (Bishop of Hippo, who laid the cornerstone of Catholic theology): I, Augustine, will move forward strongly in realizing the ideal of the Completed Testament Age, to allow all of humanity to have the Unification Principle as their truth and Reverend Sun Myung Moon as their Messiah. I respect, believe and depend on all the words and theology of Reverend Sun Myung Moon and I give my oath and pledge, raising my hands, to do all that I do together with the Lord. There are "testamonies" from various long dead religious and political leaders. What a hoot! You can find the rest of it at familyfed.org (You have to click "A cloud of Witnesses; The Saints'testamonies to the true Parents" just to the right at the top of the page.) I looked at the ad and said to myself "What a bunch of goofy nuts . . . these guys were dead before Moon was born." I can't imagine that many people would be drawn in by it.

Isn't Rev Moon the owner of the conservative Washington Times newspaper?
I think they also publish Insight magazine. |
