Exclamation VOTE on these opinion polls (Pledge Ruling)

Drink it now. I'm not extremely optimistic that the Supremes will "do the right thing" on this.

If by 'Supreme Court' you mean 'All Supreme Court Justices except Scalia' I think you may be right.
