Freethinker, Freeman and gnostic are the same in the sense that a gnostic is all knowing and does not have to think. He does not have to think because he has the mind of God and to obtain the mind of God is what the bible is all about.

Thanks but no thanks, Sr. Robert is wrong because the mind of Freethinkers is omniscient. Freethinkers are limited to their own mind but understand all that their mind has knowledge of.

Quick questions:

How do you define a 'whine'?

Is whining something you ever do?

If I tell you will you consider it an honest response or is there some litmus test you use to determine that as well? Very well, if you must know I was actually supporting Bree. I wondered why he/she would make the comment suggesting you PM Helen in respect to your personal "bone to pick". This after making a similar comment to you on page 2 (I think). I was curious as to what the moderator saw and started looking myself. I agreed with him/her.

Now here comes the part where you're going to need some sort of litmus test. I don't give a rat's ass if you're an atheist, Christian, Buddist or pink unicorn. I call them as I see them. That doesn't mean I always call them correctly. Again, I ask -- What do ya think about Bubba's suggestion?

Furthermore since Helen indicated she will be back sometime next week to go over the posts I see no reason you and I should continue this aside issue. If she wishes to say something regarding what you and I have been going back and forth over I let her speak her mind. That is if she's capable of freely thinking.

HelenM,

I am through with these back and forth recriminations. As I see it, when I posted the following, that is when the Christian whining started:

In the context of this discussion it is a fair question. If you do not wish to answer it, then so be it.

Adios

Please provide us with your definitions for "Freethinker" and "Freeman". For that matter, you might as well throw in your definition of "gnostic", because, like everything else, you may be imbuing that term with a very different meaning than al the rest of us.

If you want to communicate, Amos, you have to agree to a common language. Otherwise, you are just babbling.

Can we drop this childish side-flame with third parties arguing about who's feelings were or weren't getting hurt and what various people's motives were or were not and just get back to the actual topic?
