<Busts doors to courtroom open with a loud bang>
"Your honor, I have further evidence. Apparently this 'bible' is not the only journal this Jehova kept. I have several books here with further misdeeds, murder, and injustice perpetrated by the defendant!" <Drops Jewish and Muslim scriptures all over the floor in front of bench> "I would like to label these exibits b through xxxvvviii please." |

I move that all charges be dismissed on the grounds the named defendant does not exist.
If the named defendant does not appear or cannot be apprehended, he will be tried in absentia. (Does the earth have an extradition agreement with Heaven?) |

If it please the court, I propose that if found guilty, Yahweh resurrects all the innocents he slaughtered through the ages. As the victims and afflicted, they should be the judges and administrators of punishment.
