This is an expansion of a thread I'd started in Biblical Criticism & Archeology; "Jesus Christ, the Mythic Hero", where I use Lord Raglan's canonical list of features.
I applied it to several religious figures, and I found:
I've thought of evaluating Confucius and Lao-Tze, but Confucius had reportedly led a very ordinary life, thus scoring very low, and little is known about Lao-Tze, including whether he had actually existed. But of those I've evaluated, Moses has a thread in BC&A, Krishna and the Buddha have threads in Non-Abrahamic Religion and Philosophy, and Mohammed has a thread here in MRD. |

Thanx to Hinduwoman's corrections and additions, I've re-scored Krishna, and found him to have a score of 16.5 - more than Moses, though still less than Jesus Christ.
