That's hilarious! Lots of references to the "atheist dogma". I didn't even know I had a dogma. I have four cats, though. My belief in the scientific method stands apart from, but upholds my "I see no gods" stance.
This really just goes back to the old I don't care what you say about yourself, I'm defining you with my own beliefs about what I think you believe or what others tell me about you (Noah Webster included) . |

Greetings:
As if saying something makes it so. I also had no idea atheists had ever been so numerous that it could have been described as 'the Atheist World'. We've always been the minority. (As if truth is 'what lots and lots of people believe'.) Keith. |

Anathema,
From the URL that you gave in your OP: Quote:
Before you attempt to attack atheism, try to learn what it is that you're attacking. Sincerely, Goliath |

Hello Anathema- I would say 'welcome' but you registered before I did!
The EoG forum is for the more deeply philosophical discussions, so I am moving your thread to Misc. Religion Discussions. I hope you enjoy your time at II! Jobar. |

No kiddin' bud!!! I'm in YOUR corner. I posted this absurd article to help outline the falacious views that the so-called "religious right" holds concerning those of 'unbelief'!! I AM an infidel! |

Interesting. It appears that the main thrust of this article is that:
1) sometimes scientific theories are wrong 2) atheists like scientific theories 3) therefore, atheism is wrong and there's a God How about this then: 1) sometimes religious theories are wrong 2) theists like religious theories 3) therefore, theism is wrong and there's no God |
