Yes, actually. One of my church's former pastors (now defrocked, thank IPU) actually recommended suicide as a viable option for those who had "rank" spiritual lives. I think the logical conclusion is lobotomy, not suicide.

Perhaps, as god move in mysterious ways, this woman or her murdered children would have gone on to do something appauling(er) and god in his infinite wisdom....pah, forget it, cant believe I can even write this garbage...

What do christians think of this appauling act?

Another interesting question is how many christians actually believe that the mother heard the voice of God? And if not, why not?
