I don't have any experience with threesomes but if I think its still good advice anyway: If you do decide both on going ahead with realizing this fantasy I suggest you do it with no alcohol or very little. If you think you are going to need a lot of alcohol to loosen inhibitions then its a sign that its not going to work out well, I think.
