I think I do think, so do I exist?
I'd like to show you first chapter of my forthcoming book I'm writing. One of things, I'm explaining in it, is, that so called I (me) is just a fuzzy concept. There is no one "I", there's lots of them. More than seconds in your life. And what about consciousness? I will explain it in a ways, you’ve never heard before.
It's ment for all audiencies, so it’s easy to read. Weak minded, beware, this will change everything.. http://hoito.org/writings-exist.html And while you are there, why don't you see what else there might be for you at my website. |

I read that whole thing. I only have one question. What the smeg are you going on about? What's with all this I2 and I3 stuff? You said you were going to make it simple so that anyone could understand yet I found it to be the most difficult thing I've ever had to read. It was complete nonsense.

Dear Atheist,
I too have visited the book site and found it difficult to make any head or tail of it. I would however say that this guy is far too clever than me. I too have tried to make sense of things if anyone is interested one can visit the site on http://www.religionandsecularism.gq.nu All the best |

Greetings:
Saying "I think I do think..." is redundant. In saying 'I think', it is understood that you must be first aware that you think, in order for you to say, 'I think'. I don't believe that it is therefore necessary that this be stated twice... To then continue by asking the question "so do I exist?", is to exhibit a confusion about what the concept 'exist' is. For an entity to do anything, such as thinking, it must first be--it must first exist. If you think, then you also exist, and asking that question is, also, unecessary. Keith. "I think I do think..."
Does anyone else than me see a paradox here? |

Greetings:
Theli, I called it a redundancy. What part do you see as paradoxical? Keith. |
