Yes. Love that selective memory. They also don't explain what the Olympics had to do with gays or abortion. Any guesses on the motivation for bombing Olympic park? Was he just mad at all the durn foreigners?

The Olympics and the UN represent the New World Order. These Identity jack-asses can't stand international cooperation. It might result in polluting the white master race, ya' know.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Can't he be charged as a terrorist under the new laws? I find it interesting that we treat our own home grown terrorists differently than those from other countries.

Since he commited his crimes long before the new laws were put into effect I don't know that they could unless they added some sort of grandfather clause.

Doesn't the Constitution prohibit ex post facto laws?

That sounds vaguely familiar to me, but then many things do anymore.

cheers,
Michael

Yeah, from what I hear, anybody convicted of killing a cop in Alabama always gets set up with a date with the electric chair (They still use this monstrosity as their means of execution, right?)

No we switched to lethal injection about a year ago. But it doesn't matter, ERR is being charged in Federal Court for violating Federal Criminal law and it also carries the death penalty. IIRC, the feds use lethal injection.

I think the sympathy shown to Rudolph (assuming he did what he is accused of) comes from a War Mentality.

In war, it is thought OK to kill civilians if one is fighting for a nobler cause.

People who support bombing clinics (and gays and the Olympics) see this merely as an action of war.

This is one more reason to eliminate all war.

All murder is just murder.

And all war is just murder.
