Instead of a preschool as I before mentioned, this school is elementary school K-5, so sorry for the misinformation (my girlfriend is here correcting me in person). The pastor who is coming to the school is affiliated with bringyourbible.com . And the principle IS most definately associated with the church the pastor attends. What are your thoughts?

Oh boy I feel a fit coming on.....Her it is. Get that bible thumping idiot away from that baby now! Beat him with the biggest bible you can find and make him bleed. What kind of fucking idiot does this in a school these days? He must be a special kind of self righteous ass to play this kind of game. This is pathetic and just outright morally wrong. You do not push your religion on babies in a public school period. EVER!

Especially when the children are so young and haven't yet formed the mental capacities to see the preaching for the BS it is!

I would also bet that many of the children that are there for breakfast are eating Federally subsidized low income family meals.. Federally sponsored bible readings???

Make them stop immediately!!!

I think that if you try to start a similar secular program (ancient history exploration, or science experiments to gross-out the girls) and are denied... then you go through administrative channels to get the readings to stop and are thwarted... then yes, you have a PERFECT case.

Otherwise, the district can defend themselves by saing that those options were available to you, and would have worked had you tried them. The court would have to rule in the district's favor. Then the district will seek a court order for you to pay their attorney's fees. <img src="graemlins/banghead.gif" border="0" alt="[Bang Head]" />

I hope you know where to get lots of liquid nitrogen... because at the rate this is going, you'll be playing Mr. Wizzard at 5:30 am for the rest of your life.
