Well, actually I may not be back for a while. I'm off on holiday and probably won't be reading merssage boards. Have fun and remember, the lurkers want pretty pictures and reputable popular archaology sites.
Where are you going on your holiday?

Yes. Please tell us that it's Tyre, Babylon, or Petra. lee_merrill can fill you in on *all* the good prophecies before you go!

Hey, perhaps cajela is even an Arab. Then she (?) can pitch her tent at Babylon in her holiday.

Hey cajela - can you arrange that?

And if you can't find any spare sheep at the local Iraqi Hertz Rent-a-Sheep, how about barbecuing leg of lamb outside your Babylon tent? Then we can prove that at least one (very tasty) sheep was there - if only for a few moments before it became dinner.

Great ideas, but sorry, no. Iraq's a bit far from Scotland and Ireland, and I don't believe they distill good whisky there, either.

Also, I'm an Aussie, not an Arab. Not even by descent - my ancestors are all Welsh.

I'll think of you while I'm away. (Eeep, gotta finish my database install in the next hour, better get off iidb!!)

Oh dear. You realise this strongly suggests they were transported for what the Welsh Constabulary euphemistically call “Crimes Against the Dignity of Sheep“?

Well at the moment I am typing this, he is logged on and viewing the destruction of Tyre thread.

Which is kind of masochistic, given his performance in it. :rolling:

Hi everyone,

I would say "And heeere's Johnny!" only I'm not Johnny, I'm Lee...

Quote:
Johnny: Quite evidently supernatural to whom?
To those who know about the prophecy, and the attempts to restore this city.

Quote:
To members of the Flat Earth Society, it is quite evident that the earth is flat.
Well, the way to refute the flat earth view is to show a picture from outer space, and the way to refute the "Babylon will not be rebuilt" prophecy is to rebuild Babylon.

Best wishes to Cajela in vacationing, and in establishing bases for data, and no, it seems I have not become Islamic...

Regards,
Lee
