The fold is BC&H. For someone with your magnitude of arrogance whose mainstay is portraying other posters as incompetent and not worthy of being listened to, for someone who has derailed several threads on irrelevant matters, we should have started ignoring you. But we do not.
Your sarcasm and arrogance far outweighs your knowledge and you are often a pain in the unmentionable than a resource though you are both. You have made yourself an unceasing fountain of questions, jibes, sarcastic remarks and irrelevancies.
But our tolerance is high and you and praexus are both welcome to play in spite of your failings.

This is a perfect example of a good thread that is invaded and hijacked by one intent on derailing it or at best grinding it to a halt with inane quibbles and tangential issues. You assiduously strived to stop Jay from furthering the debate on the thread. In several threads, the mods have had to step in to ask you exactly why you are badgering someone about a certain question that is either blindingly clear or irrelevant. You ask for secondary sources, then for primary sources, then drag out Lexicons or paste huge acres of texts with Greek from BDAG, then you will ask someone to write to a certain scholar and ask him if X is what he actually means when he writes Y. Then you will ask a question. Then it will be answered. Then you will say it is a response but not an answer. Then you will say he never understood the question anyway. And on and on.
Actually, I am volunteering. I like doing pro bono stuff. Nice huh?

I am glad to see that you megabrain scholars can unbury yourselves and take time off the mountaineous volumes of commentaries written by HJ scholars to comment on the relationship the adjectives employed by some faceless amateur on the net has on the environment, and on Hell.

Hi Ted,

Since you have defacto linked me with the above lists of posting problems you have a responsibility to delineate what you consider specifically my 'failings'. Although that is not really necessary if the above comments were not meant to apply to me and you had some other unmentioned concerns.

So if that list above is not applicable please make the necessary and proper specific delinkages, for forum decorum. If you believe it is applicable then you might give some examples from my postings. Send the specifics to me privately if you like.

Oh yeah, this is definitely gone awry. We have to prevent evidence to contradict your claims? Isn't that a little like a Christians saying prove God doesn't exist? In fact, they're the same. You've been reduced to logical fallacies to keep your position. Why don't YOU present evidence that scholars are "shaking in their boots". Otherwise you're just another passerby angry at the establishment and dreaming up conspiracy theories.

Actually, I have never debated you and I really dont personally feel you have caused any infraction that I would bother to look up. But your discussions with spin reveal certain um - issues.
