Guinea pigs are strange creatures that can't make their own vitamin C and are dependent upon ingesting it from food sources.

Probably. I was quite distressed when looking for a nice guinea pig picture on google images (to cheer me up, and anyone else who might need cheering) to encounter pictures of guinea pig skin and what looked like a guinea pig barbeque. They are much ill-used creatures.

Yup! 100% unmitigated integrity here. You clicked expecting to see a nice guinea pig, and a nice guinea pig was what you got. Just like Thompson's water-seal (tm), it 'does exactly what it says on the tin.'

It's proof that god tested out guinea pigs in the garden of Eden first, they failed and he broke their genetic code to make vitamin C on their own.
