Default Why didn't Jesus show any foresight in knowledge of Nature.

Why didn't Jesus - supposedly the Son of God - ever make a statement, like "Hey Dudes, the Earth is not Flat - it is a sphere". Or "You gotta believe me - the Earth is not the center of the universe" OR " the universe is billions of years old, not a few thousand years old OR "illness is caused by bacteria & viruses not punishment for masturbation".
Also, the evidence for UFO's is vastly greater than the evidence for the existence of Jesus (at least as anything but a minor historical character - with no supernatural knowledge or ability whatsoever). I for one, do not believe in UFO's, as I do not consider the evidence persuasive enough. However, unlike Jesus, there is loads of photographic evidence, thousands of testimonials, including from abductees, and various things like radar evidence, forensic evidence, like burn marks and metallic fragments, etc. In spite of this, believers in UFO's are considered the lunatic fringe, whereas Jesus believers can be University Professors. What is wrong with this picture?
