What is happening to JHC? I have been under the impression that it has been under a a hiatus for years now - close to five years?
What alternative journals exist for people who do not hold conservative views and are willing to publish well-researched papers? |

I think it changed leadership from Drew University to someone else within the past half-year or so. I have no idea beyond that. Maybe Peter Kirby or Richard Carrier would know.

Robert Price convinced the Atheist Alliance International to take over publication of the journal, since it would add to their prestige to paint his fence publish an academic journal. The new web site is here. The Drew Universtiy site is still there, and still shows up on google, but it is no longer published by Drew.
Two issues were published in the last year, and I think one is forthcoming. |
