Federal judge finds Pledge in public schools unconstitutional
ABCNews.com has a breaking news banner that says "Federal Judge finds it unconstitutional to recite pledge of allegiance in public schools". No details up yet.
This should be interesting. Edit to add: cnn.com has the same thing. Get out the popcorn! |

FOX News still has it. So did the Chicago Sun Times.
This should add some spice to the Roberts nomination hearings. |

It is a California judge who made the ruling, saying that he is bound the precedent of the 9th Circuit Court. It should make it to the Supreme Court fairly quickly, I would think.
