On his blog Stephen Carlson calls attention to another rebuttal of Secret Mark coming out this September: "The Secret Gospel of Mark Unveiled: Imagined Rituals of Sex, Death, and Madness in a Biblical Forgery (or via: amazon.co.uk)", by Peter Jeffery. It apparently complements Stephen's case in some ways, though Jeffery approaches the hoax from a musician's angle (interesting). See here:
