Nope. Go to page two of this thread, I answered most of the seemingly contradictory questions posted by javaman. Most of the time you will find that people, especially atheist, will try and take things out of context to make contradictions. All you have to do is read the text for yourself...They aren't contradictory.

When Jesus left John the Baptist did he go to the desert for forty days to be tempted by the devil or did he go with his mom to a wedding that was short of wine? Answer, both...just depends on which gospel you read

one allegiance, who is Joseph's father? Jacob (Matthew 1:13) or Heli (Luke 3:23)

Was Jesus born during the reign of Herod the Great or during the Census of Quirinius?

Who paid for the potter's field?

What were Jesus' last words on the cross?

How many of each animal did Noah take on the ark?

Who killed Goliath?

How long was Jesus in the tomb?

Nope, another misconception. The wedding was before he went up to the mountain. The wedding just was metioned in Matthew, it is in no way contradictory.

Actually what you did was pick and choose from the Bible in order to try to resolve the very real discrepancies.

Since you were the one who seemed to find picking and choosing from the Bible wrong, then I'm afraid that your're now saying that the Bible is just like any ancient text: error-ridden and only occasionally useful.

What a faker you are. The wedding isn’t in Matthew at all. It’s John 2: 1-11. And Jesus doesn’t go into the wilderness in John.
No wonder you don’t think the bible is a mess of contradictions, you don’t read it.
