Default Does the Bible condemn bigamy and polygamy?

I look forward to reading comments from readers.

No.

King Solomon has 700 wives and 300 concubines.

King David had 6 wives and numerous concubines as well.

No, technically, God would only have to condemn bigamy, and polygamy would automatically be excluded.

Depending upon the exact definition, certain biological freak marriages would also be ruled out...
