i think it fairly obvious that jesus was elvis...

they were both the leaders of the respective factions in their time
they were both called a king
they were both hailed as the salvation of an idea
they both died relatively young
they both are two of the most prominent and famous icons in human history
they both have been hyped up to ungodly proportions beyond what they were in life
they have both spawned countless bumper stickers
while each of them had 2 names, often they were refered to by just one of them
they both commonly appear in fast food joints in the mid west, and odd food dishes in the south
